Mr. Simon was born and raised in Long Island, NY. His family brought him west where he completed his education at Western State University C.O.L. He began his career with smaller firms with general practices but soon found himself attracted to the areas of family law and Workers' Compensation where he believes he has the most client contact and can do the most good. His Pre-med undergraduate degree makes him even more adept at representing injured workers, as there are so many med/legal reports involved.
